EJ's Bio:

Earnest "E.J." Hardin, Jr. has spent nearly 2 decades in corporate finance in roles of increasing responsibility. He is currently a Region CFO for a multibillion-dollar food distributor.  A unique and diverse set of skills with the gift of identifying levers to grow revenues and profits.

He is a subscriber of servant leadership and eager to use his talents for the betterment of the community. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and being a girl dad to his 2 daughters.
