DEBORAH'S Bio:

Deborah G. Harris, SHRM-CP, is a Learning & Development Strategist and Founder of iCU Learning, where she designs transformative learning solutions for clients in highly regulated industries. With 15+ years in adult learning, Deborah specializes in creating scalable, inclusive training programs that drive performance and foster cultures of continuous learning.


Throughout her career, Deborah has championed accessibility and inclusion in learning design by developing cross-functional programs that incorporate inclusive practices and principles.  She holds certifications in Cross-Cultural Leadership and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, Master Instructional Design, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional. Deborah also serves on the Executive Board for the Algonquin/Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce.


As Founder and Executive Director of iCU Community Organization NFP, Deborah leads the organization's vision to celebrate culture and foster unity through dynamic educational programs and culturally enriching events, including signature initiatives like quarterly blood drives with the American Red Cross to Juneteenth in the Burbs. She provides the strategic direction, brand integrity, and intentional partnership building with community leaders and local business owners.
