DEBORAH'S Bio:

Deborah G. Harris, SHRM-CP, is the Founder and CEO of iCU Community Organization, NFP, where she provides strategic leadership, builds community partnerships, and develops programming that connects people with culture, resources, and one another.

With nearly two decades of experience in Learning & Development, Deborah brings a background in organizational development, inclusive learning, leadership development, and strategic program design. She is also the Founder of iCU Learning, a workforce development consultancy where she designs learning solutions for Fortune 500 companies, community colleges, and government agencies. 

A SHRM Certified Professional, Deborah also holds certifications in Cross-Cultural Leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace, and Master Instructional Design. Across her corporate, entrepreneurial, and community work, she is driven by a common thread: recognizing what's missing, bringing the right people together, and creating opportunities for people to feel seen, connected, and supported.
