james' Bio:
"James J. Flagg is a community engagement leader, certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and U.S. Army veteran with more than 15 years of experience connecting residents, nonprofits, government agencies, and community institutions.
As Organizational Outreach Manager for CEDA of Cook County, he leads partnerships and outreach initiatives that expand access to essential services throughout Chicago and suburban Cook County. His commitment to civic service includes roles with many organizations that help improve social and economic outcomes for families.
As Director of Governance & Operations for iCU Community, James is committed to strengthening transparent decision-making, accountable leadership, and organizational practices that support its mission to celebrate cultures and unify communities. A husband and father of two, he is personally invested in building communities where families feel connected, represented, and empowered."
